The disc brakes provide excellent stopping power in any weather conditions, and its rear rack opens a ton of possibilities for items to carry. The Lift will be your go-to bike when you want to enjoy your ride in complete comfort.

Additional Safety Features

In order to better ensure the safety of our riders, we've included three features:
1. Panic Stop - When riding at max speed and the controller senses a sudden stop, the electric motor will disengage. To re-engage the motor, the bike needs to be stopped and assist-levels need to be at the lowest setting.
2. Accidental Throttle Prevention - To prevent riders from accidentally engaging the electric motor with the throttle while walking the bike, the throttle will only activate when it has sensed one full rotation of the pedals.
3. Brake Lever Interrupt - All of our e-Bikes have brake lever trigger that interrupts the motor when it has activated. This ensures that the electric motor stops as soon as you squeeze the brakes.

Nice bike, but...

The Lyft bike it's fun to ride and seems to be made of quality components. However, the seller has been poor... The bike arrived with damage to the rear rack and the seller has not responded despite multiple emails and phone attempts.

Comfortable and Lightweight Ebike

This is the second V2 I purchased to supplement the first one I bought a couple years ago. This bike is smooth with its front shock absorbing fork, light with it's walk through design and has the option of throttle or peddle assist which you rarely find in ebikes of this price range. Even peddling without power it is sooo light and easy it feels like power is engaged.

My wife and I love them!

I bought two Populo Lift V2s for my wife and me a month ago for Mother's Day. We absolutely love them. We live in a hilly neighborhood and it has totally opened up our neighborhood and all the surrounding neighborhoods and parks for riding that is pure pleasure! we thought we would want to just do the throttle all the time but the pedal assist is so great we only use the throttle rarely. You still need to work a little going up a steep hill but it is truly just a little. It's like you're always riding just a little downhill with a light breeze. One of the best purchases we've made and a blast to do as a couple.

I love it

You can ride it as a bike, with no assistance from the electric motor, or ride it purely with motor power -- or some of each. I like to ride it mostly as a bike but then add some electric assist when I'm going up a hill. I rarely have to shift gears, and I can keep up my speed going uphill.
You add power by just twisting the left handle, and you shift gears by twisting the right one. It's all very natural -- and fun.
Also, the ebike seems very well made and solid.
