Need New Front Wheel

Anyone know if the front wheel is interchangeable with any other wheels? My son crashed his and it needs a whole new front wheel tire and rim...We live in Vegas, and all the e-bike shops here say they can't get the parts...thought we'd try to figure it out on our own...
