Bad tire

I can't afford up the front wheel. Thanks for putting the stem so close to side and making the hole it sits in to small for Air hose. It's a pain in the ass. Now I have to take and spend money just to fix issue

Where can I get parts?

It seems very difficult to find any customer service. My Populo e scooter quit working in one year of minimal use. Local bike shop says probably battery, but won’t work on because no parts available. Anyone help me?

Such a good scooter!!

I have been using this scooter for almost 3 years now, it goes fast uphill, and downhill. It can carry me for about 8-10 miles before it needs a charge. Also, after a year of use it broke in the handle from too much turning because it was a later model, so we asked for a new one because of the problem, and they sent us a brand-new model free of charge. I would definitely think about purchasing, it is worth the money!

Does not work well for charge out of the box

Does not work well for charge out of the box. Charge it up hold down the power button nothing happens. Anybody have any advice on what to do?
